In Georgia, it is necessary to create an anti-crisis council, which, against the background of the current situation in the world, will discuss issues of vital importance to the country. This initiative was expressed by the chairman of the parliamentary political group "European Socialists" Fridon Indzhiya at the plenary session of the highest legislative body of Georgia.

"I think that the Coordinating Council against the pandemic under the chairmanship of Prime Minister Iraklia Garibashvili worked effectively enough. Today, taking into account the situation in the whole world, there may be a need to create an anti-crisis council to solve vitally important issues for our people," Fridon Indzhiya said.

At the same time, the deputy noted that it is extremely important that there is not a single inch of uncultivated land left in Georgia.

«I believe that for the inhabitants of the village, who have from one to three hectares of agricultural land, the state should consider the possibility of providing them with cultivators and fuel. In addition, the state can prohibit the export of mineral fertilizers produced in Georgia, in order to first of all meet the needs of its own population", — said Fridon Indzhiya.

The head of the political group also proposed to invite the ministers of agriculture and finance to the Parliament in the format of "government hour" to listen to the plan for managing a possible crisis caused by the current political events in the world.
