Fridon Injia called the discussion of the draft resolution on EU integration in the parliament an important political act

🔹 The chairman of the parliamentary political group "European Socialists" Fridon Injia called the consideration of the draft resolution on EU integration in the parliament the most important political act.

🔹 "This is the most important political act that the Parliament of Georgia is doing today, and it is of great importance not only for our country, Transcaucasia, but also for the territories that we have temporarily lost," said Fridon Injia at the parliamentarian's plenary session.

🔹 According to the chairman of the political group, it will be important if in this process one of the 27 countries of the European Union takes the responsibility to lead the process of joining Georgia to the European Union.

🔹 "I have such a proposal that one of the 27 member states of the European Union should take responsibility for leading the process of Georgia's accession to the European Union. Several countries may be involved in this process, which will stand by our country and support Georgia," said Fridon Injia.

🔹 In addition, in the context of Georgia's accession to the European Union, Fridon Injia emphasized that the friendship groups of the Parliament of Georgia should be actively involved in this matter.

🔹 "Also, I consider the most important issue to be written as one of the articles in the friendship groups of the Parliament, to make this issue the first priority, to find countries that will really stand by us and lead Georgia in this matter," Fridon Injia said.
