🔹Chairman of the parliamentary political group "European Socialists" Fridon Injia and representatives of the political group met with the Deputy Minister of Finance Giorgi Kakauridze regarding the 2023 state budget bill of Georgia.

🔹 Giorgi Kakauridze provided information on the main parameters of the state budget to the members of the parliamentary political group, introduced macroeconomic and economic growth forecasts and talked about the amounts of funds allocated to state agencies and the programs and projects on which the said funds are planned to be spent.

🔹 "We believe that the funding of the Ministry of Education and Science should be increased even more." Resources should be allocated in the budget for the promotion of science. Science must be developed and for this more support from the state is needed. We also believe that the financing of the Ministry of Agriculture should be increased and more investments should be made there than what is determined today. We have an initiative to create a state investment commercial bank that will finance various programs such as "Make in Georgia" and others. It will be a kind of social program aimed at the well-being of the population", said the chairman of the parliamentary political group "European Socialists" Fridon Injia.
