The chairman of the European Socialists, Fridon Injia, has taken the initiative to set up a state commission to support the Georgian government's application for EU membership.

🔹 The chairman of the parliamentary political group "European Socialists" Fridon Injia comes out with an initiative to create a state commission, which will help strengthen the application made by the government of Georgia for EU membership. Fridon Injia raised the issue at the meeting of the Bureau of the Parliament.

🔹 "Georgia submitted an application regarding joining the European Union. Thanks to the government for that. By the way, we "European Socialists" were one of the first initiators of this. Hence, if this does not remain only at the level of paper, I consider it expedient to create a joint state commission in the government or in the parliament, which will conduct relevant measures to support the mentioned statement. It will be very important in order for this statement to have strength, support," Fridon Injia said at the Bureau session. According to him, such a decision on the part of the government will be the most important, and in turn, "European socialists" are ready to participate in these processes.
