As for the question of whether 100 deputies will gather in the parliament and vote for the impeachment of the president, the point is that in principle, if there is no political aspect and political claim, based on the ruling of the Constitutional Court, everyone should vote for the impeachment of the president. 🔷 „ამასთანავე ჩვენ ხაზი გავუსვით, რომ ჩვენთვის მნიშვნელოვანია საკონსტიტუციო სასამართლოს გადაწყვეტილება, საგნობრივად დაარღვია თუ არა კონსტიტუცია ქვეყნის პრეზიდენტმა. რაც შეეხება კითხავს, მოგროვდება თუ არა პარლამენტში 100 დეპუტატი, რომელიც ხმას მისცემს პრეზიდენტის იმპიჩმენტს, საქმე ის გახლავთ, რომ პრინციპში, რომ არა პოლიტიკური ასპექტი და პოლიტიკური სარჩული, საკონსტიტუციო სასამართლოს დადგენილებიდან გამომდინარე, ყველამ უნდა მისცეს ხმა პრეზიდენტის იმპიჩმენტს. მაგრამ, იმის გათვალისიწინებით, რომ ეს პოლიტიკური ნაწილია, შეიძლება პოლიტიკოსებმა თავის შეხედულებისამებრ, ან თავიანთი პარტიის მოთხოვნიდან გამომდინარე, მხარი არ დაუჭირონ პრეზიდენტის იმპიჩმენტს.
🔷 მიმაჩნია, რომ თუ პრეზიდენტს სურს პოლიტიკურ არენაზე ჯერ კიდევ რაღაც პოზიცია შეინარჩუნოს, გაამართლოს თავისი ეს ანტიკონსტიტუციური ქმედებები, ის თვითონ უნდა გადადგეს დაკავებული თანამდებობიდან.
🔷 თუ საქართველოს პარლამენტი ვერ აღასრულებს იმპიჩმენტის პროცედურას პრეზიდენტ ზურაბიშვილის მიმართ საკონსტიტუციო სასამართლოს დასკვნიდან გამომდინარე, სალომე ზურაბიშვილის ნებისმიერი მომდევნო ქმედება ჩემთვის იქნება არალეგიტიმური“, – განაცხადა ფრიდონ ინჯიამ.
