The government should talk to Russia and the two neighboring states should clarify their relations with each other.

🔷 We believe that with our legislative initiative, there should be an amendment to the “Law of Georgia on elimination of all forms of discrimination”, where LGBT propaganda will be prohibited.

🔷 The freedom of assembly reflected in Article 21 of the Constitution of Georgia is not an imperatively unlimited right, therefore, such assemblies, the purpose of which is to intimidate others, to carry out threatening measures or any such actions, which are aimed at causing aggression in the other part of society and demoralizing the population, especially minors , may be subject to necessary and proportionate restrictions or prohibitions by the state, regardless of whether it is considered a violation of a fundamental human right.
