Giorgi Gurgenidze, the head of the capital market development and pension reform department of the Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development of Georgia, presented the “draft law on securitization” at the session of the legal affairs committee in the parliament. 🔺 There is such a word in Maghrul – “Efut”, which means a set of laws, in a similar situation we can use the Maghrul language. 🔺 Why is it so difficult for a nation with a panther to borrow foreign words from other languages?! – Freedon is an engineer “Generally, in the banking sector, you have a lot of terms that are, so to speak, imported, made up. … wouldn’t it be better to agree with the Language Chamber to introduce such a foreign word into the Georgian vocabulary? Or if there is no matching of this foreign term in the Georgian language, we can use Maghrian and Svan languages. There is such a word in Megruli – “Efuti”, which means the unity of the law. In a similar situation, we can use the Megruli language…. Georgian is a very rich language, and does not the establishment of such terminologies damage the Georgian language and the identity of the country”. – said Fridon Injia at the committee meeting. 🔺 The chairman of the political group believes that it is not clear to him the necessity of bringing such a bill to the parliament for consideration. 🔺 “It is clear that the topic is specific, but it should be written in an understandable language for ordinary people. I believe that this is an insult to the Georgian language.” – noted Fridon Injia. 🔺 The deputy called the submitter of the bill to think more and to take the issue more seriously. 🔺 On the other hand, the chairman of the Legal Affairs Committee, Anri Okhanashvili, asked Giorgi Gurgenidze that the authors of the said draft law should present a more elaborated and more organized text at the next session of the committee, because there are many issues that need to be refined and clarified.

During his rule, people were injured, maimed and many died. 🔺 Regarding the uproar regarding the draft law on non-governmental organizations, I would like to mention that the same law has been in force in the United States of America for years, and the European Union is also planning to adopt this draft law. 🔺 Georgia is not interested in war and opening a second front in the state. He wants to have good relations with everyone and healing with his neighboring countries. 🔺 The pressure, which was manifested by the European Union against limiting the country’s sovereignty, is aimed at promoting war, not peace. 🔺 Give Georgia the status of EU candidate.
