📍 „დასავლეთის ყველა ქმედება საქართველოსთან მიმართებით არის სისტემის ნაწილი, რომლის მიზანია ქვეყანაში ჰყავდეთ მართვადი ხელისუფლება. ევროკავშირის კანდიდატის სტატუსი და 12 რეკომენდაცია მოგონილია „ქართული ოცნების“ ხელისუფლების შესაცვლელად“, – ფრიდონ ინჯია.

🔹 ფრიდონ ინჯიამ კიდევ ერთხელ გაუსვა ხაზი, რომ ევროკომისიის გადაწყვეტილება საქართველოსთვის კანდიდატის სტატუსზე უარის თქმის შესახებ, იყო მხოლოდ პოლიტიკური გადაწყვეტილება, მიუხედავად იმისა, რომ საქართველო ყველა პარამეტრით წინ უსწრებდა როგორც უკრაინას, ასევე, მოლდოვას.

The chairman of the political group "European Socialists" Fridon Injia spoke about these issues at the meeting of the Diaspora and Caucasus Affairs Committee of the Parliament of Georgia, where they discussed and supported the creation of a thematic research group for the purpose of promoting the involvement of the Georgian diaspora in the development of Georgia and attracting sustainable capital.

"From this study, we expect that the committee will have a well-founded, solid basis for preparing such bills that will encourage our compatriots living abroad to come and attract the capital accumulated there to Georgia. We should develop such bills that will change migration in our favor. This means that in this research there should be argumentation, factors, examples of different countries should be studied", said Fridon Injia.

At the same time, the deputy drew attention to the possibility of employment of foreign-educated personnel in the private sector of Georgia.

"If we manage to employ personnel here in the private sector who received education abroad, then it can be said that we have spoken our word. This process should be supported by a legislative framework that will encourage the private sector to employ and facilitate the return of our compatriots to Georgia," Fridon Injia emphasized.

At the committee meeting, the deputy also raised the issue of the necessity and importance of simplifying the procedures for obtaining Georgian citizenship for emigrants who left Georgia.

According to him, there are many people who left Georgia years ago due to various objective reasons and are now unable to obtain citizenship.

As an example of this, Fridon Injia made the members of the committee listen to a video address by one of his compatriots living in Moscow, Irina Joglidze, addressed to the Parliament of Georgia, the Prime Minister, the President and the members of the government, in which the emigrant speaks personally about the efforts made by him and his late wife over the years for the Georgian state and in Russia. At the same time, Fridon Injia drew attention to the needs of the Georgian diaspora in the Russian Federation, which, according to him, should be considered by the Parliamentary Committee on Diaspora and Caucasus issues according to the annual plan.

"These days, days of the Georgian diaspora are held in the Russian Federation, and our community always manages to present itself at a very dignified and high level. It would be good if we invite those Georgians to certain events in Georgia.

There was a time when many people did not enter their Georgian nationality in the questionnaire because of embarrassment... However, today the situation has changed in the Russian Federation, due to the fact that one person appeared there - Davit Tsetskhladze, who united our compatriots there and leads them," said Fridon Injia.

According to him, there may be 400-500 thousand of our compatriots in Moscow alone.

"There are 90 regions in Russia. Imagine, 1,000 to 10,000 of our compatriots live in these regions with their families. Only 2,000 people go to Diaspora concerts, they also have family members. About a million of our compatriots live there. Many say only up to 100,000, but how can it be up to 100,000, when 200-300,000 of our compatriots went there from Abkhazia alone, during the conflict," MP Injia said.

At the meeting of the chairman of the political group "European Socialists" of the Parliament of Georgia Fridon Injia and the members of the political group with the economic and political advisors of the Chinese ambassador to Georgia, they talked about the issues of deepening the future relations of the two countries, both from the economic and political point of view.

The chairman of the political group Fridon Injia came out at the meeting with the initiative to create a joint group that will work on various important issues regarding economic issues, which in turn will promote those joint economic projects that will be attractive and acceptable to both parties.

"Our proposal is to create a joint group regarding economic issues, where the economic reforms group of the party will participate from our side. The chairman of the political group also focused on the development of small and medium-sized businesses in Georgia and emphasized China's experience in this regard.

I would like to emphasize the fact that the political vision and concept of our party is very close to the basic vision and social policy of the People's Republic of China, which is headed by the Communist Party of China. Therefore, it is important for us to establish close relations with a political party that is ideologically on the same platform. Our country is small, but it occupies an important strategic place in the region with its ancient culture, traditions, customs, location, history and many others, which represent the country's property and main value. - noted Fridon Injia.

According to the deputy, Georgia, as a country with a geopolitically important transit function in the region, should become the most important transit hub between the two states, as a transport, air, and sea link between Asia and Europe;

The MP also stated at the meeting that Georgia is interested in the introduction of new modern technologies, which are developed at a high level in the People's Republic of China, and in this regard it is very important to train personnel and raise their qualifications.

In addition, as Fridon Injia stated, the political group is ready to develop various economic projects on the basis of mutual agreement at the legislative level.

"It is very important to introduce new, modern digital technologies in the region in order to generate and use ecologically clean renewable energy sources. In addition, I would like to emphasize the promotion of sharing of Chinese experience in the high-tech field, including the idea of creating joint ventures in solar batteries, as well as the introduction of wind and various alternative energy sources," said the chairman of the political group.

At the meeting, Fridon Injia came up with an initiative to implement a "demonstration joint village model" in one of the largest villages of Georgia, the goal of which will be the introduction of new modern technologies, the revival of the village, which will create an opportunity to create a completely new model of the village using high technologies, which to some extent has a demonstration character. will have

"Also, it is important to facilitate the deepening of effective cooperation between Georgian and Chinese entrepreneurs. First of all, the implementation of Georgian-Chinese small and medium enterprises support programs; In addition, implementation of training programs, qualification raising, student exchange programs and experience sharing, various joint programs", the deputy noted.

According to the statements of the Vice-Speaker of the Parliament of Georgia, Avtandil Enukidze, he welcomes the deepening of contacts between the two countries, in terms of economic and business cooperation.

"We welcome the deepening of contacts with the Republic of China, and it will be good for both countries and, first of all, for Georgia. We support the principle of one China", said Avtandil Enukidze.

According to the Vice-Speaker of the Parliament, it is important to produce electric cars in Georgia, and in this regard, it would be a right decision to open a Chinese representative office in Georgia, which will be good for the sale of electric cars in Europe.

According to Giorgi Maglakelidze, a member of the political council of the party, it is very important to develop small and medium-sized businesses in Georgia and share China's experience in this regard, both in terms of raising qualifications and implementing various exchange programs.

According to Viktor Tsaava, a member of the political council of the party, the party "European Socialists" and the "Communist Party of the People's Republic of China" stand on the same ideological platform, recognize the principle of one China and are ready as a friend to always stand by the People's Republic of China.

On his part, Chao Chuan, the economic adviser of the Chinese ambassador to Georgia, noted at the meeting that China-Georgia has a long history of economic cooperation and the trade volume has maintained a rapid growth trend for a long time.

"Georgia was the first country in the Eurasian region with which China signed a free trade agreement in 2017. Bilateral trade volume reached 380 million dollars and China remains the third largest trade partner of Georgia. Georgia has a stable macro-economy, a high level of economic freedom and a good investment environment.

Georgia and China have great prospects in the field of energy resources. At the same time, the implementation of the Middle Corridor project is very important, which provides the perspective of long-term cooperation.

We would like to support Georgian companies to take advantage of the free trade agreement and to participate in international exhibitions in China, be it an alcoholic beverages exhibition or other important events.

Accordingly, I think awareness will increase and Georgian companies will be given the opportunity to present themselves in the big market of China," he said.

According to the ambassador's political adviser, Siu Khaicheng, the embassy of the People's Republic of China in Georgia has the best relationship with the "European socialists" among the parliamentary political parties.

"In the future, we will actively support the close mutual cooperation of the Party of European Socialists with the Communist Party of the People's Republic of China, in accordance with the instructions of the Chinese ambassador," said Xiu Haicheng.

He also reviewed the educational projects that are being implemented quite successfully in Georgia based on the mutual agreement between the governments of Georgia and China.

At the end of the meeting, the parties thanked each other for reviewing interesting topics and expressed their readiness for future cooperation and meetings.
