📍 The chairman of the political group "European Socialists" of the Parliament of Georgia Fridon Injia called on the parliamentary majority in the country's highest legislative body to conduct law-making activities only based on the interests of the country and people.

🔴 ფრიდონ ინჯიამ ხაზი გაუსვა ევროკავშირის „ხელოვნურად მოგონილ და შემუშავებულ“ 12 პუნქტიან მოთხოვნას, რომელიც პრაქტიკულად, გახლდათ 2022 წლის პოლიტიკური დღის წესრიგის მთავარი საკითხი. პოლიტიკური ჯგუფის თავმჯდომარე თვლის, რომ ამ საკითხებზე მუშაობა დროის ტყუილად კარგვაა და უმჯობესია ქვეყნის უმაღლესმა საკანონმდებლო ორგანომ მიიღოს ისეთი მნიშვნელოვანი კანონები, რომლებიც ქვეყანაში გააუმჯობესებს ეკონომიკურ თუ სოციალურ მდგომარეობას, რომელიც შექმნის საფუძველს და გარანტიას მოქალაქეებს ჰქონდეთ სტაბილური და ნორმალური ცხოვრების პირობები.

🔴 Chairman of "European Socialists" Fridon Injia stated about this today during a remote meeting of members of the delegation of the Venice Commission with parliamentary political groups.

🔴 According to him, the main reason for this is that the draft law does not comply with the Constitution of Georgia, it is not sophisticated and, in addition, no civilized country has adopted a similar law.

🔴 „ამ კანონპროექტს, ამ სახით ჩვენ ხმას არ მივცემთ. ის არ შეესაბამება საქართველოს უზენაეს კანონს – კონსტიტუციას. ეს პირველი ფაქტორი.
მეორე – საქმის სამართლიანი განხილვისა და ასევე, მიღებული გადაწყვეტილების გასაჩივრების უფლება არის ადამიანის ფუნდამენტური უფლება, რომელიც აღიარებულია საერთაშორისო კანონმდებლობით და რომელიც, აღნიშნული კანონის ამოქმედების შემთხვევაში, დაირღვევა“, – განაცხადა ფრიდონ ინჯიამ.

🔴 მისივე თქმით, კანონპროექტი სრულად გადმოღებულია უკრაინის კანონმდებლობიდან, სადაც სულ სხვა რეალობაა, ხოლო საქართველოში – სხვა.

🔴 „ერთ საინტერესო დეტალზე მინდა ყურადღება გავამახვილო. კერძოდ, თუ ოლიგარქი აკმაყოფილებს იმ მოგონილ კრიტერიუმებს და მოხვდა ოლიგარქთა რეესტრში, მისი გაკოტრების შემთხვევაშიც კი, შეუძლებელია ამ პირის რეესტრიდან ამოღება. ეს კანონში გათვალისწინებული არ არის. მაშინ, როდესაც ნასამართლევი ადამიანის შემთხვევაში, ნასამართლეობის მოხსნაც კი შესაძლებელია, ხოლო გაკოტრებული ოლიგარქის რეესტრიდან ამოღება – არა”, – განაცხადა ფრიდონ ინჯიამ.

🔹 Under the auspices of the protection of human rights, does it happen, secretly, on the identity of the country, on its identity, or on the neutralization, bleaching, equalization of the Georgian identity, on the part of different countries, because the field of protection of human rights also includes ideology.

Therefore, I believe that the work of your committee is of great importance. How do you personally think you can deal with the great efforts with which, under the auspices of human rights, they want to undermine and damage our identity, individualism and worldview?

🔹 To what extent are the rights of Georgian emigration protected in the Russian Federation, where there are up to one million Georgians? What is being done in this regard? Do you have contact with them? And what do you think should be done so that those people do not leave Georgia? Protecting their rights is in the interests of Georgia."
