"In order for the state to survive and get the population out of the brink of starvation, an emergency commission must be set up, headed by the country's prime minister," said Fridon Injia, chairman of the European Socialist Party, addressing a plenary session of the Georgian parliament. "This increase is from 30% to 69%, it is a product that has also increased in price by 100%." - noted Fridon Injia.
According to him, the country will find itself in a difficult situation if the state does not interfere in the agricultural activities of the peasants.
"Such a practice is very common in European countries, in Asia, as well as in the United States - planned economy or state capitalism, so I think that in some parts if the government does not participate in farming and harvesting, we will find ourselves in a difficult situation," said Fridon Injia.
