👉 It will be practically impossible to implement the law on "de-oligarchization" under the conditions of Georgia.

👉 "This law restricts human rights."

👉 "A similar law has not been adopted in any country of the world, first of all, in European countries, where we really want to get to and be a member of the European Union."

🔹 The chairman of the parliamentary political group "European Socialists" Fridon Injia announced this to the media after the first session of the working group created in the legal affairs committee of the parliament for the purpose of developing a draft law on the issue of "de-oligarchization".

🔹 The law on de-oligarchization adopted in Ukraine was discussed at the session as a basic document.

🔹 According to the written plan, the draft law prepared by the working group should be initiated no later than October 5, 2022, and the law should be adopted no later than November 29, 2022.

Fridon Injia comes out with an initiative for the parliament to develop a draft law, which will "protect the government of Georgia from the interference of other states".

🔹️Chairman of "European Socialists" Fridon Injia comes up with an initiative to create a working group in the parliament, which will develop a draft law, thus "protecting the government of Georgia from the interference of other states".

🔹 ️"Nowhere in the 12 recommendations is it written that we should adopt laws. Making the judiciary more sophisticated and many other things are common things that we need to do. If so, then a working group should be created, which will prepare a draft law, thus protecting our government from external interference from other states, regardless of whether we consider them as our friendly states or not. Such a group would be good", said Fridon Injia.

🔹️For information, the Legal Affairs Committee is deliberating on the creation of 5 working groups, the purpose of which is to work on the implementation of the recommendations set for the EU membership candidate status.
